About a year ago, we were approached by a leading multinational company in Sri Lanka. Known for their bold creativity, they host a business launch annually one that sets the theme for their entire year of sales and motivation.
They had already conquered big ideas before:
- 2023: āClimbing Mount Everestā – representing quarterly achievements as steps toward the summit.
- 2024: āBeyond Everestā ā symbolized by an eagle, the only living being that fly above Everest unaided.
Now for 2025, they asked us a company just 6 months young at the time to take them higher.

We were still new. We had no equipment. They awarded the main execution to another company. But hereās the twist: They bought our theme and adopted it for the year.
We were also invited to provide:
- The AI Photo Booth
- Key thematic elements
- Storytelling input for the curtain raiser
We werenāt the official planners, but we were the creative backbone.

Case Study 2: āLegends of Tomorrowā ā Giving a New Team Their Place in History
A few months later, the same client came back. This time, they had a new sales channel launching, and they wanted an awards night that would make this team feel inspired and aligned with the companyās bigger vision.
We had full creative control.
We introduced the concept of:
Legends of Tomorrow
A theme built around the idea that todayās contributors will be tomorrowās heroes.
To bring it to life, we created Sri Lankaās first AI-generated cinematic curtain raiser a short emotional film showing a young agentās journey from zero to hero. A visual story of becoming part of something greater.
The result?
A standing ovation. Goosebumps. Team pride.

AI Photo Booth: A Storytelling Machine, Not Just a Gimmick
Innovation is part of our DNA.
Ten months ago, we became the first company in Sri Lanka to introduce the AI Photo Booth experience. Not the million-rupee version but a customized, locally built model enhanced with foreign software.
